How to get here
How do I get to QC Spa New York from Manhattan?
Ferries leave daily from the Battery Maritime Building at 10 South Street. To get to 10 South Street, take the subway to South Ferry (1 Train), Bowling Green (4 and 5 Train), or Whitehall Street (R Train). You can also arrive on buses M9, M15, M20, or M55.
When disembarking at Soissons Landing, walk up the hill and make a right on Andes Road and QC NY Spa will be on your right, in the buildings between LMCC’s Arts Center and Castle Williams.

How do I get to QC Spa New York from Brooklyn?
Seasonal weekend ferry service runs to Governors Island from Red Hook and Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park.
NYC Ferry serves Governors Island daily on the South Brooklyn route, with stops on the Lower East Side, Wall Street and along the Brooklyn waterfront. For schedules, pricing and more information, visit ferry.nyc.
When disembarking from Yankee Pier, walk straight down Division Road and make a right on Craig Road South. Make a left on Clayton Road and slight right to stay on Comfort Road. Continue toward Castle Williams and take a right on Tampa Road. At the end of this Road is Andes Road, and QC NY will be on your right. View this route on Google Maps.

What is the QC Spa New York experience?
QC NY offers an oasis of wellness in the heart of New York City. This is where the city goes to spa. To enjoy our spa amenities, please book a reservation. You will find sessions every hour with the first time slot starting at 10am. Guests can book on every half hour.
During your session you will have access to our signature wellness experience and spa amenities; which includes infinity spa pools, luscious outdoor gardens, saunas, steam baths and relaxation rooms. Gaze out the window and unwind while enjoying the New York Harbor skyline. Massage services, food and beverages are available for purchase.
What is included?
Tranquility and wellness begins at the door. Upon entry, you are greeted with everything you need. The spa will provide robes, towels and sandals. You will also find shampoo, conditioner, and essential hair and body products. You will receive a locker with a private code that will ensure your personal items are stored safely during your stay.
There is plenty of magic waiting to be experienced. What is available? Our wellness gardens with breathtaking waterfront city views, outdoor spa pools, saunas, steam rooms, Vichy showers, foot baths, relaxation rooms, the Bistro and massage services.
What do I need to bring to the spa?
Please remember to bring your bathing suit and a pair of sunglasses. It is also recommended to bring sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun. Please provide a valid ID.
Can I exit and re-enter the spa?
Once you enter the wellness center, your reservation is activated. You may not leave and re-enter using the same reservation.
What is the difference between weekend, weekdays and holidays?
Weekdays are Monday through Thursday, while the weekend is considered Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Holidays are noted below and the weekend/holiday rate applies.
Holidays are considered: MLK Day, Valentine’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day (July 3-4), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Election Day (November 4-5), Veterans Day, Thanksgiving (November 28-29), Christmas (December 24-January 1)
How can I change my reservation?
Once you book a reservation, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will include a link where you can manage your booking. Please enter your confirmation information to begin your reservation changes.
You can also visit our website and click ‘book here’ to access our reservation system. At the bottom of this page, click ‘manage booking’ to make changes to your reservation.
Why can't I book certain time slots?
The time slot selected in your reservation guarantees your entrance. Any missing time slots in the “book” section of our website indicates entrance is not available, therefore we can guarantee entry. Please select from the available time slots. If a guest arrives at the outside the reserved time slot, access will be allowed only if there is availability. This is based on reservation for the day and capacity.
Do you have a restaurant?
Food and drinks are available for purchase and can be enjoyed at our Casa QC Bistro. Purified water, coffee, and tea are complimentary and available to guests at all times.
We offer a buffet-style menu featuring a variety of main courses, cold cuts, cheeses, a salad bar, fruits, and desserts. You can view our Casa QC menu here. Casa QC is open daily from 11 AM to 9 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and 11 AM to 10 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Can I bring my own food or drink?
Outside food and drinks cannot be taken inside QC NY. Rest assured, we are pleased to provide water, coffee, tea, and an assortment of snacks included with daily admission. We also offer a variety of drinks and tasty treats available for purchase in our bistro.
If I have a health condition, may I still visit?
We are aware that each guest has a personal health history that may affect the full enjoyment of some spa services. If you have a health condition that might impact your use and enjoyment of the spa, please consult with your physician, who knows better what is best for you and your health, before your visit, and comply with their recommendations while using the spa. Please be aware that therapeutic massage is not a substitute for medical treatment or medications.

Is it safe to visit?
QC NY is committed to creating the safest, most luxurious and tranquil environment possible. Your comfort is, and will always be, our number one priority. We use state-of-the-art equipment to ensure our facility is safe and have further enhanced our cleaning protocols. We continue to follow all government and CDC guidelines to ensure the safest environment for our guests and staff.
Will I have to wear a mask?
In accordance with Governors Island guidelines, face coverings are required while queuing, boarding and disembarking Governors Island ferries. Masks are not required while inside QC NY, although individually wrapped masks will be provided at reception should you choose to wear one.
What precautions are in place for services like massages?
Our massage rooms are cleaned and sanitized between every guest. Rooms are also sanitized with ample time allotted between appointments to ensure effective disinfection and aeration. Fresh linens are prepared for each guest to ensure the highest level of sanitation.
Do I need to be vaccinated?
In accordance with the Executive Order from the Mayor of NYC and Key to NYC, our guests will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination. All employees of QC NY are still required to be vaccinated. For further information, please click here.
